General Terms and Conditions of SUN & MOON Studio

SUN & MOON Studio offers flexible options for attending classes. Below, our rules and agreements are clearly outlined.

Signing Up for a Class

You can sign up for a class at any time, even at the last moment, as long as there is an available spot.

Cancellations and Refunds

The door opens 15 minutes before the class starts.

The door closes exactly on time; once the class begins, latecomers will not be admitted.

If you cancel the class within 24 hours, there is no refund available.

Refund Policy

No monetary refunds are provided for purchased products.

Illness/Injury/Pregnancy

If you are unable to attend classes for more than one month due to illness or injury, please contact us to discuss a suitable solution.

If you are pregnant and feel well, you can continue attending classes. If you prefer to pause your subscription, please discuss this with us.

Holidays - SUN & MOON Studio ensures that classes are available even during holiday periods. However, the schedule may change on official public holidays.

Rates

The current rates are listed on our website.
Purchases are personal and non-transferable. Prices are adjusted annually.

Personal Risk

Participation in classes is at your own risk. Inform the instructor of any physical or mental conditions before the class starts.

SUN & MOON Studio is not liable for injuries or damages unless required by law.

Our Responsibility

SUN & MOON Studio reserves the right to deny participation if there are valid reasons. 

SUN & MOON Studio Closing Days

SUN & MOON Studio may be closed on official public holidays and during certain vacation periods. Any changes will be communicated in advance. Classes may be canceled due to force majeure, such as instructor illness.

Subscription

1. Duration and Binding Agreement

1.Subscription Agreement

3, 6 and 12-month Subscriptions require full payment for the entire contract durations.

Even if a medical freeze has been applied, the full fees remain due.

The full amount remains payable even if the member temporarily cannot attend classes.

2. Subscription Cancellation

After the initial 12-month period, the contract is automatically extended indefinitely, with a 1-month cancellation notice.

If canceled before the end of the 12-month period, the subscription ends at the contract expiration date.

If canceled within the final month of the contract, a 1-month notice applies.

Cancellations must be made via email.

3. Cancellation and Exceptions

The Annual Subscription has a fixed duration of 12 months and cannot be terminated early, except in the following cases:

Medical Reasons

A doctor’s certificate is required if an illness or injury prevents participation.

Relocation

Moving more than 35 km away from SUN & MOON Studio requires proof of relocation.

Other Reasons (Not Valid for Cancellation)

Financial issues, schedule changes, loss of interest do not qualify for termination.

Traveling, vacations, or studying abroad are not valid reasons for early cancellation.

4. Freezing or Pausing the Subscription

The subscription can be frozen for up to 3 months for medical reasons, with required documentation.

No refunds are provided during the freeze period. The subscription will be extended accordingly.

Vacations, travel, or studying abroad do not qualify for freezing.

5. Payment Terms

Monthly Payments

Payments are made via iDEAL.

Payment Arrears

If payments are overdue, SUN & MOON Studio reserves the right to deny access to classes until the balance is paid.

Any collection costs and/or penalty will be charged to the customer.

Paying Off the Subscription

Members may pay the full remaining balance at once to stop monthly deductions. The subscription will then have a fixed end date.

6. Compensation

No compensation or refunds will be given for missed classes, schedule changes, or instructor replacements.

SUN & MOON Studio will always aim to provide a varied and engaging class schedule.

7. Liability and Risks

Participation in all Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes is entirely at your own risk.

Members confirm they are physically and mentally fit for participation and accept the risks involved.

SUN & MOON Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Behavior and House Rules

Members must respect the studio’s house rules to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Repeated rule violations may result in membership termination without a refund.

Validity

SUN & MOON Studio reserves the right to adjust rates and terms. The most recent version is available on the website. Previous versions become void.
